One concern that anyone should have when visiting or especially moving to another country is the quality of the health care.
Here in the USA, medical care is quite a paradox. Everyone complains about their health insurance and health care nightmares, while simultaneously feeling that once you leave the country you’re doomed if you ever get sick.
I just read an interesting story of someone whose husband almost died from a brain hemorrhage. It contrasts the quality of health care received in the USA and in Lake Chapala, Mexico where we’ll be going to.
Makes ya think!
