Well it’s official.
We just signed a 1-year lease on a house in Mexico. The lease runs from Jan 1, 2011 – Dec. 31, 2011. We’ll probably leave around Dec. 25 for the lonnnnnng drive. (Brrrrr….. Don’t wanna think about that right now)
We rented a home with plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms …because we would love to have you visit.
One definitive positive is that the house is fully furnished which makes the transition much easier.
It was interesting that the kiddos preferred to have a yard over having a pool. They do love playing in the yard. This home has a large (by the local Ajijic standards) yard. A couple of blocks away are the tennis courts and thermal water filled swimming pool.
There are 3 different terraces to enjoy the view and fresh air from. We can see all the way down to Jocotopec. And there are places for hammocks. I just love hammocks! Don’t you?
Our street address is #4 Vicente Zarazua in Raquet Club, San Juan Cosala.
The house is fully furnished. It even has parking for more than 1 car!
Now… the clock is running. We hope to rent out our own 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom, fabulous yard, surrounded by 31 acres of woodlands, awesome neighborhood, end of dead end street convenient to highways for Providence and Boston home. Interested? Give us a call.
Here are some pictures of the house in Raquet Club where we will be living for the next year.

Wow looks awesome.
Yay! We are so excited to have you! I can see our house in one of your photos – too funny! Let us know if we can do anything on this end to make your big move go as smoothly as possible.
Wow! Here you are setting up my webcam and I hadn’t even checked my emails to know about this! It’s gorgeous!
The house looks fantastic! Won’t you miss the dark, gloomy and frigid winters? This new place looks all sunny, green and just so alive…YUCK!
BTW I love the cross in bedroom #2. 🙂
You know what I said from the beginning: that front door alone is worth moving for! (wink, wink) Glad for you that the decision is made, now get busy!!!
Place looks awesome! You will have a great time there. 🙂
I love the front door and the rest of the house I am not going to think about you leaving not now any way i will think about it tomorrow. PS where’s the guest room : )
Great choice, family Enos! What a wonderful part of this earth you have chosen. Here’s to research. I have previously read about the attractions and multiple benefits of the region. You have chosen wisely. You will leave behind only wood and clay, for your friends and loved ones, will travel the world within your hearts. You two will easily make a sucess of your new address!
I’ve recently started a blog, the information you provide on this site has helped me tremendously. Thank you for all of your time & work.
Hey Enos family, its Nick Ventura and I just wanted to say that I am sooooo jealous of you right now. I miss you guys and hope you are having a wonderful time 🙂
Hello Enos Family,
I’m glad I came across your blog because my family will be making a similar move this summer (we’re flying, rather than driving). We haven’t located a home yet, but we hope to find one in the San Antonio Tlay. area. Our daughters, who are in the 1st and 3rd grades, are both excited and nervous. I’d love to hear more about how your kids are adjusting and any advice you have for another gringo family moving to the area! I’m also curious about what you will be doing for schooling – we will be looking into the Terra Nova and Loyola schools. Please email me if you have the time and interest!
